OUR PARTNERS

Partnerships serve as the cornerstone of sustainable impact. Our work in Haiti gains extraordinary power and reach through strategic collaborations. We engage with diverse stakeholders, from local healthcare providers to international non-profits and governments. These alliances not only multiply the effectiveness of our initiatives but also secure a long-term investment in the well-being of the Haitian community.

C2C collaborates with the Haitian Ministry of Health through a public-private partnership (PPP) to revitalize public clinics in Northern Haiti. We implement the C2C clinic management model to set high service quality and delivery standards. Recognizing the transformative potential of C2C's commitment to excellent primary care, cost-effective operations, and community integration, the Haitian government joined us in this impactful partnership.

This collaboration expands our patient reach, allowing C2C to serve more families with high-quality, affordable primary care. Our first PPP clinic, established in 2018, improved the Haitian government's quality scores from 40% to 80% within six months and achieved 90% cost recovery. We aim to rejuvenate six or more additional clinics over the next three years through this partnership

In 2019, Duke University's Innovations in Healthcare Network Cohort selected C2C for membership in their exclusive group. This alliance fuels C2C’s growth and impact by supplying essential resources and widening access to affordable, high-quality healthcare. Innovations in Healthcare strives to elevate global healthcare standards by engaging with innovative organizations worldwide and aiding in their development.

As an active cohort member, C2C attends the Annual Forum and in-country meetings. We also collaborate with fellow innovators to exchange insights, performance metrics, and updates, fostering collective learning and growth.
